i've found myself at a pause in the road
not much seems to be happening
but it's times like this when i can
take time to smell the flowers
as i walk out the door,
to stop and marvel at Gods creation,
to sing a joyous song to the Lord as i clean,
to stop and laugh at my own mistakes,
to sit quietly and listen to God.
it's times like this i've learned my most important lessons.
being busy isn't bad as long as you still have time to remember the small things.
they are what makes the difference.
